SENTRY SECURITY SERVICES LTD. started its journey as security service provider in Bangladesh in the year of 1995. The baby of that day is quite matured today with its branches and leaves. The tree has got its strength our honourable client’s satisfaction. The company believes that the pride of service lies with the satisfaction of valuable clients.

The company started with minimum possible number of guards to maintain maximum possible quality services. Day by day our honorable client’s responses gave us strength to increase the services in todays huge scale.

Presently SENTRY SECURITY SERVICES LTD is providing security services all over the country to huge number of clients from national and international corporate level with the complete satisfaction of our valuable customers and best of abilities.

Board of Management
The board of Management of the Organization comprises of four Directors of Which the chief executive is designated as the Managing Director. The members of the Board of Management of the firm are all well educated and by this time have built up an excellent reputation.

For smooth running of an organization, an appropriate organizational structure is of prime importance. Due to continuous increase of the organization in size & shape, Sentry Security has recently created a new organizational structure showing various hierarchic stages of our office management. The Organization of our firm is shown below:
 

Verification
Verification of individual to be appointed as duty, is done in the process of recruitment. The process is completed with the help of law enforcing agencies. The own verification network also works parallel to the law enforcing agencies. Following points are given maximum importance during verification is done.

   -  Involvement with any criminal activities in the past life, disqualifies the candidate.
   -  Character qualities are cross-examined in details.
   -  Relatives and family background is given due importance.
   -  Character certificate from local government is mandatory and it is cross- examined during verification process.

Vetting
SENTRY SECURITY SERVICES LTD believes and maintains vetting process for the employed guards. Periodic vetting is done for confirmation of individual’s morale, motivation, character qualities, honesty and other attributes needed for his service as a member of the company. This process is done in every six months.

Periodic Change

SENTRY SECURITY SERVICES LTD maintains periodic change of duty place for better performance of the duties. This change is done in accordance with following criterion:

   -  With the concern of the authority taking services.
   -  Maintaining the quality of substitutions.
   -  With prior notice to the concerned authority

On Job Training
SENTRY SECURITY SERVICES LTD provides On Job Training to the deployed guards with every updates of the security matter. This training is done keeping the guards in their job place. The changing situation of the security in details taught through this process.





Transition of duty guards are very important for both smooth functioning of the administration and better performance in the security services. Transition of the guards is done maintaining following criterion:

   For 24 hours duty, three shifts are maintained 8 hourly each starting at 0600 hours every
   At least 15 minutes overlaping time is planned and confirmed between Off-Duty and On-Duty
   Administrative support is given from SSSL Headquarters for total transition.





For any emergency company plans for emergency substitution for deployed guards. This contingency plan helps company to serve the clients with better service.For emergency substitution of the guards, company maintains following criterion:
   -  Reserve guards are trained and kept ready in the recruitement chain.
   -  As per the quality and quantity required, the reseve force is planned.
   -  The Company is capable of providing emergency substitution within 6 hours within Dhaka city &
       within 12 hours anywhere in Bangladesh.

Leave Plan
The Company gives edequate importance to plan leave for the guards. Following criterion are given importance while planing the leave:
   -  Substitution for the person going on leave is planned.
   -  3 Weeks prior notice is given and approval taken from the authority concern
   -  For emergency leave, emergency replacement is given assuring the quality

Interchange
Interchange of the guards is done maintaining following criterion:
   -  3 weeks prior notice to the authority concern
   -  Same quality substitution is planned accordingly
   -  Minimum 24 hours time for Handing-Taking process.
