Prepare training materials like pamphlet,literature and lecture sheets in the language the
guards understands.
Conduct intensive class bound and practical training
Orient the guards with their job by arranging visit to the sites
Make financial proposals
Consult the financial analyst to minimize the cost
Arrange uniform items like dress, headgear, waist belt, batons. torch, whistle and ID
documents.
Prepare personal documents of the guards / supervisors.

Visit the site
Assess the requirement of security equipments.
Assess and apprise the clients about the requirements
Analyze the cost
Breif the clients about the brand, make & type, country of origin of equipments and their
usage.
Give demonstration of the equipments to the clients.
If agreed upon by both the parties arrange procurement of the equipments.
Forward financial proposal to the  clients for their approval
Arrange training of the equipments
Install the equipments
Provide maintenance service of the equipments and for the warranty period
Provide after sales service as per the agreement..
