AIM
Sentry security services Ltd. has started its own guard training centre at AFRATPARA, Chatmohar, Pabna, being one of the pioneer institutions of its kind in Security sector.

LOCATION

Located at Chatmonor upazila, about 20km away from Pabna district Head Quarters & 30km away from Sirajgonj, Bogra Hatikumrul Junction towards Natore road.

MEANS OF COMMUNICATION

You can travel to Chatmohor by bus or avail train services.

SCOPE OF TRAINING
Designed and equipped to produce trained guards to meet the growing requirements of clients. These guards are trained on physical training, drill, subjects pertaining to profession of security, method of guarding installations, offices, factories, clinics & Hospitals, customs & etiquette, mannerism , first aid, fire fighting, traffic signal & traffic control methods, moral learning , Basic English learning, crisis & security managements.

CAPABILITY OF THE TRAINING CENTRE
Can train 200 recruits at a time with food, accommodation & recreational facilities.

DURATION OF TRAINING
Initially for 3 weeks. May be extended for one more week if needed.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Persons of the height above 5' 5", passed class VII & above with good physique are illegible for entry.

JOB OPPORTUNITY AFTER TRAINING
Wide range of opening for trained guards in the security sector business.

SALARY RANGE
Above Tk. 4,000/= per month depending on education & quality.

ALLOWANCE OF GUARDS
Provident fund, welfare fund, medical treatments (in exceptional cases), post allowance in particular cases.

LEAVE & OTHER BENEFITS
12 days paid leave during a calendar year & Eid bonus per year.

Under construction, on own land of one acre plus, will come into operation in January 2010 Central Training School of SSSL.
